PRIVACY & TRACKING
Clear choices. Purposeful data.
This draft describes the intended website data practices. It requires review against the final company details, hosting location, retention periods and markets before publication.
What we collect
With analytics consent: page views, referrer, campaign parameters, approximate location supplied by the hosting platform, device/browser information, language, screen-size bucket, interaction events and engagement duration.
When you submit a form: name, work email, company, role, country, marketing preference and campaign source.
Why we use it
To operate and improve the site, measure campaigns, understand product interest, respond to enquiries and—where you explicitly agree—send product marketing and create advertising audiences.
Advertising partners
Google Analytics/Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel are prepared but remain disabled until both visitor consent and the relevant ProTrac CMS account identifiers are present.
Your choices
You may refuse optional tracking and still use the site. You may withdraw marketing consent, request access or correction, object to direct marketing, request deletion where applicable and unsubscribe from every marketing email.
Data minimisation
The first-party collector is designed not to store raw IP addresses or create covert device fingerprints. Analytics events and identified lead records are kept separate.
Retention and contact
Final retention periods and the privacy contact must be added before launch. Use the project enquiry page to contact ProTrac CMS until a dedicated privacy address is published.
